I dont know what kind of kebab you guys have been eating in Europe, but Ive never done it while watching two officers eat their kebabs and felt dirty afterwards.

For the record , I wasn’t watching them eat their kebabs as I was far too busy trying not to wear my kebab.

If people stay grounded and unable to fly, you clearly have talents beyond flying, including strong potential as a tabloid journalist or ghey pulp fiction novelist.

I will not be writing about kebabs anymore, I’ll be sticking to pizza and tacos.
 
It's that time of year again to prepare the W.W.1. era grave here in Deva, Transylvania for a clean up in time for All Souls Night.

Day 1 - Part 1, one third of the top area cut, and half the front area, a beautiful afternoon for it.

Have to attend a funeral at another cemetery tomorrow afternoon, but hopefully I get a couple of hours at work here after,

Even if he had appeared i still wouldn't have finished at 9 . Got hammered tonight again and then to top it all off the Hungarian Footie team that was flying to the Faroes .. had to return to Glasgow due to crap weather . The other guy who i was on with .. said " Fk off " to the Lassie from reception asking if we could make them something .. , Didn't bother me i was having to stay to top up the Mis en plas . So I wasn't walking into a storybook of a list tomorrow .
I know she will say something .. about . .it .

Oh I know, one of the rivers has the ruins of a bridge that was swept away as a reminder. The one thing on the back of my mind as it was rainy weather.
 
By the time i set up the tripod the clouds covered the moon .. ......

Then i spotted a white light moving rapidly across the clouds back n forth .. coming from a Laser pen ..
 
When you hear people make fun of Chinese made products being cheap and disposable... while waiting for your proudly American made aircraft's airconditioning to be fixed for the 5th time, finding out that your plane is harder to turn while taxiing cause it had no grease in front landing gear struts, tail cone is too big so created a crease in the paint, your nav light, beacon and taxi lights gave out in one go, your auto throttle is clapped out and you lose your GNSS once in a while. The plane is 70 hours old.

Your boss saying, "eh the other plane is 3 years old and its still messed up"

Oh and bonus from the service center here "Oh yeah we havent replaced your A/C compressor yet, we just overhauled it. The company sent us 2 new compressors direct from the factory... all were broken."

I get that landscapers are needed and necessary especially during autumn, but can’t they just be a bit more careful about the cheapskates like me that choose to park their cars outside in front of the building? Every damn week I have acorns, leaves and dust on my car.
 
This evening, I've tried to be a more productive member of the forum by posting actual military content rather than just pictures of my dinner or whatever band I've been listening to lately. I've only been doing it for an hour and I'm already exhausted and irritated.

Certain members of the forum who do this day in, day out (You know who you are) and keep the rest of us interested - my hat is genuinely off to you.

EDIT - don't be offended if your name isn't here, I'm just posting the guys I can drunkenly remember,

Only 1 day off again this week !! , That's 2 weeks on the trot .

If the weather improves might get out on Monday for some pics ..

And apparently we have the Queen of Jordan arriving tomorrow ...

With it being halloween already seen some horrific sights

Hah! I know all too well I don’t actively participate in the photos and military threads but quite honestly it takes a bit of time and is a commitment.

Like you, you’ll find me mainly posting my vacay photos and rambles in political threads. Nothing of interest unfortunately. ;)
