Welcome to the world of knee problems.
Take PT very seriously. Was the surgery done as outpatient?
I now have a titanium knob and two large holes in fibia and temur.
Surgeon said he drilled holes sized for a crucial ligament of a rugby player
Was pretty tedious to get going again but I worked hard and tried always what was possible. I even did a long walk two days after surgery outside the hospital ward on crutches.
But as a general advice only do the full knee replacement if really necessary.
My father in law has had huge problems with artificial knee and hips replaced way to early in his 40s.
