my glock 17 gen 4
stippled it myself, and got me a different triggershoe (no magazine capacy restrictions, yet, although youre only allowed to load 5 rounds at the range)


my windham weaponry AR, love it love it love it
(you can own 30 rounders but are only allowed to use 10 rounders at the range, i modified a lancer mag to only accept 10 rounds, so it still looks cool^^)

naahh we´ll see, germany is as anti gun as it can be, there are voices who say were going down the UK´s "way" regarding guns in the near future, i sure hope it wont happen.
and i hope for you good blokes to be able to be "free" again

Just noticed this conversation & had a couple close at hand for pics. Top is my former concealed carry gat which is now my nightstand gun. Browning Hi power 9mm with custom add-ons like low mount sights, custom Honduran rosewood grips and trigger work.

Next is my PPS-43C which has obviously been standing in the bedroom closet too long. Time to take it out for 2 or 3 magazines and give it a good cleaning.

Then three old Marlin lever actions. Top is an 1895 large frame in 40-65. It's rather valuable so I removed the firing pin so I wouldn't be tempted to shoot it & decrease the value. Middle is a special order, take down 1893 in 32-40 caliber with longer barrel. What a sweet shooting rifle! But again, I don't want to harm the value so it's a "safe queen". Bottom is actually a shotgun and rather a scarce one. It's a Model 410 in - yep - 410 gauge. These were never offered for commercial sale. During the depression Marlin had a program whereby you received a free firearm if you bought 4 shares of Marlin preferred stock. I got this at a farm auction where I was bidding against an old fart who told me he was going to get it for his grandson and cut it down to fit him. I got it for $350 and cursed myself for spending so much. But not anymore!

I have actually shot it. Went for a ride in ranch country & spotted a few grouse sitting on a power line. "Grouse for supper!" thought I. Took careful aim *bang*.... the grouse looked around like it had no idea what was going on before flying away with the others. By the way it was flying, I'm confident it wasn't injured. So I cleaned it & it's been in the safe ever since.

I used to collect Marlins, but they've become too expensive. Actually they are ALL too expensive, but buying guns keeps me too broke to drink or gamble!

Smith and Wesson .38 Police Special model 67 with a 4 inch barrel. I got rid of it because of a very bad situation with my ex-wife.

I live in Iowa and as NebrHogger may be able to tell you Iowa is one of the most gun friendly states in the US.

As an honorably discharged US Military veteran in Iowa I can carry a weapon as long as I have a permit. No need in Iowa for Vets to attend a CCW class as long as you have been honorably discharged. Many folks, including non-veterans, in Iowa have CCW(Concealed Carry Weapons) permits.

We can have Semiautomatic firearms as long as the size of the cartridge they are designed to fire are no bigger than .22

Shotguns are legal too as long as they can't hold more than three shells – including the one in the chamber if it's a pump-action or semiautomatic shotgun. There's no such restriction for rifles.

Never been much of a wheel gun guy, but that Python is absolutely beautiful and would have been worth a pretty penny these days.

NH is Constitutional Carry, no permit needed anymore, but it is available in "shall issue" form from the local police chief if you want it for reciprocity with other states.

It's not the honest armed citizen that needs to be feared with a weapon. It is the Criminal.

I was conversating with a fellow at another site and bought his "project" Type 14 Nambu needing parts. Actually I bought two but they're both early small trigger guard versions like this one. After searching high and low, I finally rounded up all the parts I needed and now have the "project" ready to go. These have an odd appearance but are comfortable in the hand and point naturally.
