From tomorrow onwards, soldiers will be handing out food and water in various places from the Holland. This is done with fast inflatable boats of the FRISC type and the NH90 on-board helicopter.
Marines and engineers of the army have now found a suitable landing spot near the town of Baradères with the FRISCs. They were welcomed by the locals in small boats. The NH90 helicopter of the Royal Netherlands Air Force, with 3 European medical specialists on board, explored the situation from the air. They assess whether the area would be suitable for building an emergency hospital.
