Border surveillance system made by Moroccan defense companies
The Central Regional Coordination Committee for Combating Illegal Immigration in Tan Tan Province (Oli site) supervised the operation of the electronic monitoring system, which aims to confront the risks inherent in cross-border crimes on the coast of this region. This system, which uses the latest monitoring technologies, opto-electronics and artificial intelligence, will enable modern coastal monitoring governance based on the following trilogy: 1. Documented, reliable and rapid decision-making process; 2. High coordination between civil and military authorities; 3. Quick and effective intervention. This system, which was designed and developed in a short period by Moroccan competencies and companies, is the result of close cooperation between the Royal Armed Forces and the Ministry of the Interior.
