I don't think Latvia has any Marders @ao_sepia , they do have 120+ CVR(T) as Scimitar, Sultan, Spartan, Samaritan and Samson

As @BravoZulu already noted, we currently don't have any Marder IFV, however German offer was down selected when our MoD was looking for 2nd hand tracked platforms.
And currently there are no information that they would like to expand their tracked vehicle fleet, except for some additional SPHs. My guess is that it won't happen in nearest time too, because there are currently ongoing 2 relatively large procurements:
1. Utility vehicle
2. 4x4 platform
