As a result of Irishpolbatt's collaboration with the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF), a team of Irish and Polish medics from UNIFIL's 11th rotation organized and conducted a series of combat medicine training courses for Lebanese soldiers. The training was conducted according to procedures based on the acronym MARCHE (Massive bleeding, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, Head injury/Hypothermia, Evacuation).
