Barbers Cheddar , Glencastle Blue stilton , Cairnsmore Cows Milk cheddar ,Plaisir Del roy Brie , fig chutney ,



And the Chutney i made ..

Apples , Pears, Raisins , Plums . White n red onions diced .. , corriander seeds , Star anise , Cinnamon powder , Sherry vinegar , white wine vinegar , Sugar , black pepper fling it all in the pot bring to the boil then simmer for an hour or more whilst stirring regularly .. so it doesn't stick , catch , burn as the mixture will reduce ..
