I wouldn't say I eat particularly healthily, but I do like to eat homemade stuff where possible.

Nothing in this bowl was homemade and I'm totally at ease with that because it was delicious.

I made a variation of @colin traveller's sausage and pepper pan (see above): Italian pork sausages with fennel seeds plus a chopped bulb of fennel, red pepper, red onions, garlic and dried tomatoes. Seasoned with rosemary, marjoram, salt, pepper, honey and a dash of balsamic vinegar.

Seabass, kale, ginger, chilli and garlic steamed in soy sauce, rice wine and lime juice, then brown rice with all of the leftover lime juice over it and spring onions. The kale was a waste of time - should have been pak choi but couldn't find any. Rest of it was delicious.
