Bought a grilling basket for the gas barbecue/grill. Arrived earlier than expected so wasn't really prepared and went with whatever I had in the fridge - red pepper, spring onions and shallots with fresh rosemary.
It was a good investment.

That grilling basket is an excellent addition to your grilling gear collection! We've got one of those basket ones, not a Weber, and a flat one that also could be for a pizza or flatbread if elevated somewhat above the flames. Good Job!
