Food & drink Hungry Boy recipes or just what you ate

Good evening you fine gourmets.

So yesterday evening I had this delicious Wagyu Beef Burger, paired with paprika fries and more accessory than anything Leffe.

All around 21€, which is the price for this special meat, nice little restaurant owned apparently by a dude of French Antilles (Carribeans) descent:

Georgi Kavkaz cooking a meat dish in wood oven njam njam I like how he serves his kids and the nice house and oven.

YT gives me strange titles it seems to automazically translate them, this one is titled "Hackbraten" but a German hackbraten is a meat loaf. This one also exists in a similar way in Germany, at least in Bavaria, we call it Rollbraten literally "Roll Roast". We also like to eat red radish a lot. Very interesting.

Fill them with ham and eggs for a hearty breakfast. Stuff 'em with sauteed veggies and goat cheese for lunch or dinner. You can even spread them with Nutella and bananas for dessert

Ate the wrong fern fronds last night. Man did I chunder. Neat how the body identifies the wrong food and fires it back out. I survived. Another joke.
So this and the big fall earlier in the year have been two big jokes on my arse by mother nature as a result of carelessness. If not more careful at this rate this year you can add my name to the darwin award list.
My wife had a cautious nibble of one and it kept her awake the entire night. No high out of it unfortunately only insomnia..

Bought a grilling basket for the gas barbecue/grill. Arrived earlier than expected so wasn't really prepared and went with whatever I had in the fridge - red pepper, spring onions and shallots with fresh rosemary.
It was a good investment.

Started one today but I do it to 60C, which is medium rare.

Unfortunately I remembered about photography only by the end of the meal and the wine:(
