1. U.S. Army Reserve Col. John Schulte, the 89th Sustainment Brigade Support Operations officer (left), talks with NATO allies during the Joint Warfighting Assessment on Grafenwoehr Training Area, April 30, 2018. The 89th Sustainment Brigade worked with their NATO allies from Canada, France, Great Britain, Australia and Germany during JWA, a massive assessment exercise in which Army Reserve Soldiers worked with allies to improve their joint interoperability in simulating providing logistical combat support on the battlefield for a large-scale campaign. *Interesting, the soldaten on the far right, wears the U.S. Army Marksmanship Badge with two Qualification bars below it. (This is the first time I have ever seen that badge worn on a field uniform!) Also note, above his Deutsche qualification badge he wears another U.S. Army badge, which I cannot make out if it is the Flight Medic or Aviation crewmember?
