*Interesting, the soldaten on the far right, wears the U.S. Army Marksmanship Badge with two Qualification bars below it. (This is the first time I have ever seen that badge worn on a field uniform!) Also note, above his Deutsche qualification badge he wears another U.S. Army badge, which I cannot make out if it is the Flight Medic or Aviation crewmember?

German federal government launched an airlift on the Afghanistan-Uzbekistan-Germany route.
German nationals, Afghan auxiliary personnel and other vulnerable persons are flown from Kabul to Tashkent on military aircraft, from where they are flown to Germany on civil charter flights. So far, over 1,600 people have been evacuated.
