Photos Ads from 1942 German Signal WW2 magazines

One of my friends sent a stack of them with me to sell here. Oddly, they're in French. As such, I'm surprised they've survived to this day.

I can believe a lot of these were sold to servicemen.

Binoculars for the civilian market?

I never stopped to think Mauser sold things like adding machines.

I'm not sure why this company took out an ad - maybe to sell stock?

High grade cameras. I think the folders shown above would be more practical for service peole.

There was a French edition of Signal IIRC as part of German propaganda in occupied France.

Actually, it seems that there even was a US edition (pre-1942 of course).
