Politics Chinese balloon Over the US

If those are alien ships we´ll find out soon!

EDIT: I kid of course but there seems to be a recrudescence in flying objects that cannot be correctly identified.

Yes kind of like the Police not busting immediately but gathering information? Its maybe sending signals somewhere?

So now balloons are reclassified as a threat whereas satellites could provide better intel at the time of first observation by a sharp eyed citizen.
Also balloons been renamed the objects. Perhaps due to the threatening appendages connected to said balloons and in common with woke pc themes ..renaming women are men, china virus to carona.,, The biden pentagon don't want to somehow offend the sino balloonists?

Maybe sending signals somewhere?

Really?

Dang.

And it took them all that time to figure it out?

Sounds like they didn't need ALL THAT TIME to figure out where the signals were being sent to...

Aliens who have mastered disease and war would be very welcome, and certainly peaceful, and have no evil intent to enslave humans in any way. At all. Ever.

Is this like gaming the system to pad air to air kills... It seems that the F-15 is the only one that grinded for its achievment.

maybe the chinese are testing different configurations, trying to determine what size, shape, and material evades detection the longest...its a dry run to attempt to distract us from something else... so maybe it isnt the chinese after all, someone just needs our attention focused elsewhere...

I wonder, did the US wait until they had gathered information on them?
Knowing who they were communicating with?

You know, like the police?

And Trump is back on the table again with a new development in the balloon saga.

According to Kirby, it happened as well during the previous administration. But! The previous administration didn't detect them.

Which poses a few issues in term of logic.

First, it collides with the previous stories stating that:
-it happened 3 times.
-it happened but they (Trump) didn't do anything about it.
-it happened but they didn't tell trump because they were afraid of how he would have reacted.

But what makes this recent statement a sort of "voidage" of the previous ones is him saying "the previous administration didn't detect them".

So...

If they didn't detect them; how could they possibly know how many there were?
If they didn't detect them they couldn't know there were "3", right?
If they didn't detect them, how could they (Trump) be blamed for not having done anything? They (Trump) couldn't have done anything to begin with, since they (Trump) did not know there was anything.
Which means... these generals who hid the incursion for fear of Trump's reaction didn't hide anything. Since they had nothing to hide. Because they hadn't detected anything.

China says more than 10 US high-altitude balloons have flown in its airspace during the past year without its permission, following Washington's accusation that Beijing operates a fleet of surveillance balloons around the world.
The United States denied that it operates any surveillance balloons over China.
The Chinese allegation came after the US shot down a suspected Chinese spy balloon that had crossed from Alaska to South Carolina, sparking a new crisis in bilateral relations that have spiralled to their lowest level in decades.
China Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin gave no details about the alleged US balloons, how they had been dealt with or whether they had government or military links.

Kirby forgot to include... "The balloon's first reporting sighting was on February 1, 2023, when civilians in a commercial airliner spotted"
...They say they only recently dialed in radar to detect them revealing these objects that they shot down.
