Seems pretty clear they knew all they had to know right from the start.
Seems, indeed, like a "police job". When they have dangerous individuals, or terrorist groups, under surveillance 24/7 up to the moment when they decide to execute their plans.
Then come the usual press briefings: "the perp/perps were known by our services and were on our lists".

Well, this just looks worse and worse. Unless we were doing "counter espionage studies" to see what they are looking for, and really need to see what they are looking for; it seems like way too much of a risk to let the mission continue past Hawaii.

Not surprising, the very first response was, "these overflights happened under Trump too". When everyone involved, including anti-Trumpers clearly said "no they didn't!", they came up with the story that while no one knew about them at the time, they were able to forensically tell that they did.
You can only be in the Biden administration if you are some kind of incompetent, weird, diversity hire. And it shows.

They would be laughed out of any court except probably a fisa after providing dossiers. Some stripper after pissing on the bed saw it.
