I have a question for former and current British soldiers - how do you assess the change of camouflage pattern from DPM to MTP in north European enviroment? Certainly this solution has its advantages when it comes to identifying soldiers from Western European countries, but I mean more about camouflage properties.
Thank You very much for your work @Bombardier, but I mean the opinions of everyday users of these uniforms. From my observations - DPM is perfect (not very beautiful but extremely effective) in conditions of the natural environment of northern and central Europe, MTP is not so effective here, which makes up for it in the urbanized environment and in the regions of southern and south-eastern Europe. But I am very curious about the observations of real users of these two camouflage patterns.
HMS Prince of Wales will be the largest ship of the British fleet. The design changes introduced after the initial tests of the first aircraft carrier - Queen Elisabeth, caused that the second ship will have a displacement of 3000 tons. The aircraft carrier Prince of Wales is the eighth Royal Navy bearing this name.
