Apart from the İstif class Frigates and Reis Class Submarines none of this orders have been formally authorized and budgeted by the Turkish Navy so far. And also TCG Anadolu is a LHD, not aircraft carrier which was based on Spanish Navy L61 Juan Carlos LHD with Turkish components. There originally were two vessels ordered as Anadolu Class LHD (L400 TCG Anadolu and L401 TCG Trakya) with the possible order or 32 F-35B VTOL aircrafts apart from the ones ordered by TURAF but when the F-35 project was compromised they cancelled the construction of the second ship.

Here is the last status of the TCG Anadolu as of November 2019

The future agenda of the Turkish Navy in short term to modernize it's 4 Barabaros Class Frigates (MEKO-2000TNIIA/B) and retire 4 Yavuz Class Frigate (MEKO-2000TNI) with 4 İstif Class Frigate, finish the rest 6 Reis Class Submarine (Type 214TN) as the replacement of 6 Ay Class submarine (Type 209-1200) and getting the L400 TCG Anadolu LHD into active service.

As the long-term they are planning to retire 8 Gabya Class frigate (Ex USN-OHP Class with GENESIS modernization) with 7 TF-2000 AAW frigate and later on to get 4 additional TF-100 multi-purpose frigate to retire modernized 4 Barbaros Class Frigate and finally retire 8 Gür and Preveze Class Submarine (Type 209-1400) with the MILDEN submarines. Apart from the MILDEN subs all of these are originally planned to be done until 2030 but they are having problems with the limited budget as the current economic status of the country is volatile and there are so many other defense projects going on at the same time.

As you point out mate, that's quite an ambitious program to be taking on especially with the current global climate and the budget woes;)
