Photos Counter Terror and Special Mission / Operations Units

Not sure if this belongs here but I couldn't find a thread for Iranian/ Hezbollah forces so here goes. This photo purportedly showed Hezbollah/ IRGC members after the rescue of the Russian pilot whose SU-34 was shot down by a Turkish F-16 back in 2015.

A tale about a frog and a viper. Always makes me chuckle.

And I'm back with a "volunteer aid" as it called in Ukraine. Never really stopped, but wasn't allowed to post anything. Positive development, SBU Alfa got SIG MCX carbines, and I'm apparently "responsible" for providing accessories for them. :) Anyway, everything from tactical glasses, gloves, flahslights, cleaning kits, cheap pistol red dots, pouches of all kinds, holsters, powerbanks, earmuffs (Walker's should pay me a commission) and even balaclavas. Judging by the photos, need to purchase some gunsmitting tools for them.

Brilliant photo!! They seem to be posing on an ACMAT VLRA, if memory serves me right the SAS had a few of these serving as logistical vehicles in desert operations.

Presumably a member of 73rd Koshevoy Otaman Antin Holowatiy Naval Center of Special Operations. This unit was actively used as a conventional recon and diversion group in the hottest spots of war back in 2015-2015-2016, proving to be quite effecient even on land. Though they had their losses - dead and injured. Most disabled SOF members stay in SOF though they are put on less strenuous positions not mentioning combat situations specific for SOF.

I've seen some recent photos. Level of equipment seems to be higher than it was just a few months back., but, unfortunately not for their stated specialty. Still happy for the guys that they found a sponsor.

Yeah, seems they won't get even those Dragers anytime soon. But the bigger issue now is the infrastructure of Mayskiy island (their base again now) which was neglected for years.
