The Czech new CASA C-295 from 24th Air Force Base Prague-Kbely had its premiere.

Joint flights of Czech JAS 39 Gripen from 211.taktická letka Čáslav and Polish F-16s from the 31st Tactical Air Base. They jointly carry out Air Policing flights as part of the Cross Border Operation exercise.

Soldiers from Hranice have been intensively training for deployment in Mali, Africa, for over half a year. Now they have been joined by snipers, training instructors and humanitarian project specialists.

On August 10, the first 65 Toyota Hilux cars were handed over in the presence of Lubomír Metnar, the Minister of Defense, and Army General Aleš Opata, Chief of Staff of AČR (Armáda České republiky). According to the plans of the Czech Ministry of National Defense, the orders ordered from Glomex Military Supplies s.r.o. Toyota Hilux are to replace the currently operated Uazy 469B in the amount of 630 units and 740 units of Land Rover Defenders (delivered from 2002 in versions 90, 110 and 130). Deliveries of 1,200 Japanese pickups should be made by 2024 under the framework agreement signed in November 2020, worth 1.07 billion. crowns, or over 38 million. Euro, Service packages with spare parts as well as service and repairs were ordered together with the vehicles.
