Looks like a lot of things have changed since I retired. Interesting that EOD would choose a lighter plate carrier than an IOTV at the minimum, and choosing short sleeves when covered arms are to protect from the sun and other types of burns like chemical for instance.

I'd love to be to see their TACSOP.
