Hi. You have the uniform of a captain of the air force of the USSR. Unfortunately, there are no stars on the coat (I think you yourself understand that). A blue badge was awarded for 100 parachute jumps. At the bottom of the badge there should be a small medallion with the number "100", but you have lost it. The red icon is hard to see, I cannot identify it. But it definitely shouldn't hang there.

There is no important information on the label. Technical conditions of production - 1973, year of manufacture 1984. Made at the Dneprodzerzhinsk garment factory (Ukraine). Size 48, height 4.

I will boast, I will attach some of my "wealth".

My badge has 100 on the badge between the plane and the parachutist.

The additional "10" in your picture denotes the owner has made 110 jumps.

The eppulates on the jacket and overcoat are private purchase made by the owner.

"epaulettes" = shoulder boards on which rank is displayed.
Small red pin is with Lenin, patriotic type and as you say not really belonging to the tunic.

I also got two pairs of pants the usual type and the cavalry officer type, somewhere is the belt for the overcoat and an officers leather belt for the tunic, in the pocket was a handkerchief with a Soviet coin wrapped in it/I picked this set up in a Bavarian Flea market back in the 1990's,
Its been in storage for years.
