Russian fighter jets were recently deployed to Libya in order to support Russian state-sponsored private military contractors (PMCs) operating on the ground there. The Russian fighter aircraft arrived in Libya, from an airbase in Russia, after transiting Syria where it is assessed they were repainted to camouflage their Russian origin. U.S. Africa Command assesses that Moscow recently deployed military fighter aircraft to Libya in order to support Russian state-sponsored PMCs operating on the ground there. “The world heard Mr. Haftar declare he was about to unleash a new air campaign. That will be Russian mercenary pilots flying Russian-supplied aircraft to bomb Libyans,” said U.S. Army Gen. Stephen Townsend, commander, U.S. Africa Command.

The intercept was determined to be unsafe and unprofessional due to the Russian pilots taking close station on each wing of the P-8A simultaneously, restricting the P-8A’s ability to safely maneuver, and lasted a total of 64 minutes. Wow.. that is really unsafe... if those shukoi collide each other with the P8.. can say WW3 between Russia and US is inevitable...

Same as WW3 which started when China fighter collided with USN EP3?
Well im aware about that last time incident with the chinese.. however situation now is much more delicate, with pandemic and economic now at stake.. superpower will try to insert dominance on each other..last time only US playing world police with many region around the world, but know Russia have enter world stage with involvement in Ukraine, Syria, Libya and other things, even China now making their move in giving loans to other countries in the name of economic assistance which trap those nations in return they have to surrender some part of their sovereignty or whatnot and with their presence around the world invading other countries water territories especially in South East Asia and try claiming Spratly Island for themselves disrespecting SEA nations that have multiple claims over the region.. im telling u this time around will be much more different and dangerous..

Our time is not by any means more delicate then times where USSR deliberately (not by collision) shoot down USAF planes near or over their territory over and over again with dozens US pilots and crews KIA. And no WW3 erupted.

Even Yugoslavia shot down at least 2 USAF planes after ww2 and USA didnt attack.

Hahaha.. its ok, i just point out the possibility.. whether happen or not we will see.. is not a waste being prepare for pandemic and apocalypse... coz eventually thinks will happen.. if not for war, natural disaster or pandemic will consume the world... and its happening now...

Russian fighters intercept American bombers over the Black and Baltic Seas

The Russian air defense has intercepted this Friday a strategic bomber a B-1B of the US Air Force over the Black and Baltic Seas, reports the Russian Defense Ministry. The strategic bombers were intercepted over neutral waters and escorted by Russian fighters, the department said.

"At a considerable distance from the Russian state border, US bombers were continuously controlled by radar monitoring equipment," the statement said, adding that Su-27P and Su-30SM fighters were used to intercept targets.

Russian fighter crews approached a safe distance from air targets and identified them as B-1B strategic aviation aircraft, after which US planes they changed the flight direction, moving away from the Russian border.

The Ministry claims that the flights of the Russian planes were carried out in accordance with international regulations on the use of airspace, and that they returned safely to the airfields upon completion of the task.
