Other Post Ride to the Wall 2014 RTTW

Tomorrow I will be taking part in the annual Ride to the wall http://www.rttw.org/
The ride takes thousands of bikers to the National Memorial Arboretum at Alrewas, Staffordshire.

Looking forward to joining all my brothers and sisters remembering our fallen.

In particular Royal Marine Paul Warren (Charlie Company 40 Commando ) killed in Afghanistan 21st June 2010 (my nephew) and Private John Heaton (2/5 Battalion Manchester Regiment) killed in France April 1917 (My great uncle)

What an excellent day. we had a ball.
The service was fantastic and the atmosphere equally as good.
Nice meeting you today Alf perhaps I could meet you down there another day when its not as busy.

Saw some great bikes and met some brilliant people.

looking forward to next year
