400 million earned from dubious russian investments was transfered via the Clinton foundation as a way of evading paying tax . As for allowing there ever so dodgy Charity foundation .. They kept the money made from the interest ... 200 million ??? i suspect part of the deal ..

Or was it payment for the Uranium mines deal which the Canuck businessman made a fortune from the deal and that was his gift to Clintion and others in the Obama Admin possibly ???
