Netherlands:
Sailors aboard Karel Doorman-class frigate HNLMS Van Speijk (F828) drag in the fuel hose for an astern RAS during Westlant 97. There will be a couple of dozen sailors lined up down the lee side trying to haul in that hose

Dragging that fuel hose inboard was an absolute bastard of an evolution. The RAN doesn't typically practice this way of RASsing due to the need for a large group of sailors to manually haul in hundreds of feet of hose.
