Photos Navies Of All Nations

Subsequently after the much appreciated port visit to the beautiful and most hospital city of Szczecin, Poland. SNMCMG1 and Polish Navy displayed their naval capabilities together this week and showcased the interoperability between NATO Allies at sea
In close collaboration between the nations, an extensive program with multiple naval exercises was successfully fulfilled. Amongst all exercises there was an Aerial Defense Exercise (ADEX) with Polish Sukhoi fighter jets which brought added value to the training objectives.
"The way that the Polish Navy organized and executed this Passex was outstanding and shows the undisputed united commitment of NATO allies to a safe and stable Baltic region" - said Royal Netherlands Navy Commander Jan Wijchers, leading the Standing NATO Mine Countermeasures Group 1

What is the dragon signifies? Is that a custom for ships?
It's not a custom, I believe special permission was given by the MOD for the dragon to be installed. The dragons were there when she was launched, but were removed in a 2011 refit. They were restored in 2016. They are a direct link to the red dragon of Wales

Thank you for taking the time to explain.
