October 22, 2021, at the Sepanggar naval base in Kota Kinabalu (Sabah state), a ceremony was held for the entry into the Malaysian Navy of the third Badik patrol ship (number "113") of the LMS68 project, built by the Chinese shipbuilding company Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Group Co., Ltd. under the Littoral Mission Ship (LMS) program.
