I think it's Dima DMT5070XFB, but there is a ton of Chinese APCs out there.

Thank you berkut76! But I can not find information about this vehicle in report SIPRI of Laos Army. Vietnam Army buy RAM-200 from Israel, and Gurdian from UAE, and in SIPRI report have information. But Laos Army buy weapon not have information in report of SIPRI.

This is not my problem It's police vehicle actually. Export-only from China.

the boats are barges and looks like are locally manufactured. the vehicles are of chinese origin, and so are the weapons, of AK derivatives.

nope the barges are Chinese made too ( look same like the Chinese police barges in the photo , the diffirent are the Chinese are much more better for the crew ( more ac , the fighting room infront are fully close , while the lao are open = no AC there , the wheel house and living quarter of lao barge do have AC , the patrol boat is also a Chinese supply boat )
