The Barak is equipped with Elbit Systems' extensive solutions that include improved sights, advanced night vision capabilities (COAPS), Fire Control Systems for Main Battle Tanks (MBT), E-LynX Software-Defined Radios (SDR), and the IronVision™ Head-Mounted Display for 360° situational awareness and advanced operational capabilities.
They don't go into much detail in those videos (for obvious reasons), but the main features mentioned are (in the order of appearance in the second video):
"Mission layer" - some sort of enhanced/automatic target acquisition system, consisting of:
improved tank sites
Sapir system (sensor array above the sites) - "fighting with closed hatches", "peripheral security", "close target identification"
Trophy system
AR headset for commander synced to rotating sensor array above the turret
"Automatic identification of suspected targets" - shown in action
"Peripheral security and close target identification" - shown in action
"Intertank networking" - looks like it could be target sharing between tanks
"Fast target loop closure" - looks like they mean a short time from target identification to the shot fired
