This year marks the 10th anniversary of the first operational intercept by Israel’s Iron Dome system.
It is probably the world’s most deployed missile defense system against rockets, mortars, artillery shells, and air breathers like UAVs, with more than 2,500 intercepts and a success rate of more than 90 percent.
