Meet Lt. Dr. Wesam Mulla.

Wesam is a man of many talents: he is a combat doctor in the IDF Paratroopers Brigade, has a PhD in medical research from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, has conducted high-level studies in the field of heart disease, and in his spare time is a committed skydiving aficionado. In recognition of his achievements and potential to change the world for the better, Wesam has just been named as one of Forbes Israel's Tech #30Under30 for 2020.

Unit 217, frequently called Duvdevan is a mista'arvim (counter-terrorism) unit within the Israel Defense Forces, part of the Commando Brigade.
Duvdevan are noted for undercover operations in urban areas, during which they often wear Arab civilian clothes as a disguise. They are also known to be trained in human and mechanical counter-surveillance. Unlike other special forces units, they can operate independently in more than one place at a time. The unit performs many high-risk and complicated operations, including targeted killing, kidnappings, and a range of other undercover operations in Arab areas, many of which are classified
