An affidavit of service was served at the Duke of York's home in Windsor, England on August 27 by an agent working on behalf of Virginia Roberts, according to a document filed Friday.
This is not legal serving of papers
It has to be legally served on the person and handed to them or at least it has to touch their person

I’m guessing he will have to live the life of a dodgy hermit for the foreseeable future.
With the UK tabloids and paparazzi having some serious skills at getting sources, information, and proximity I don’t rate Andrew’s chances.
Getting the story/photos of papers being served directly on Andrew would be worth millions.
I wonder if the tabloids and/or paparazzi would partner up to stitch him up?

If she knows she facing a possible 65 yrs in jail .. in which she will die in jaill she will now play the names card to reduce her sentence ....

My guess is that she gets clintoned before she gets a chance to talk. Speaking of Clinton, Hillary Rodham, check out this website that I came across. It looks to me like a case of severe ego combined with another potential run for the White House.

And she cannot be forced to either.
She could if she wanted, but she would just be an additional witness to the already mountain-high pile of evidence allegedly gathered by the FBI.
Also, if the "co-conspirators" get their day in court, and if these trials take place before a jury, Ghislaine's testimony could be seen and treated with truckload of salt. Because at this point she is a convicted felon rating on her co-conspirators; her doing so could be viewed as a way for her to cut a deal.

You're absolutely correct in your observations. My best guess is that certain people don't want to take that chance however and she'll meet an unfortunate demise before that becomes a risk. As far as expecting judicial proceedings for the "clients", we know that won't happen. What they don't want to happen and can't afford to happen is a list of "clients" and specific "products" for said "clients" to be released to the public via a tabloid, Wikileaks, Project Veritas, etc. I simply point to Prince Andrew and Bill Clinton as examples.
Edit: Did we ever get a ruling from the mods about the pool that @NebrHogger suggested? ? I jest, I jest.
