I am currently eating a Gyros which is one of the many delicacy here in Greece, made of lamb, tomatoes, onions and a sauce with some fries and pairing it with a Fix Dark, a local macro brewery lager but worthy at the source nonetheless:

Might looks like filth, or not easy on the eyes, but I’d totally eat that.
Filth is an unusual word in that it has slang meanings. It's actual meaning is "dirty" but amongst other things it means the police (look out! It's the filth!) or something that was kind of dirty but sexy which is how I meant it. For instance, a really good no-look pass in rugby or my dinner could be "absolute filth".

In the last weeks this was cooles by me..
