Those are actually original Russian vehicles with Russian army licence plates. The "List of Hellenic Army equipment" in Wikipedia uses this and other pictures as an example only.

Wikimedia source say's Hellenic army and camo looks similar i didn't catch that plate. Thanks for correcting.
