Fourth Su-25 restored. A total of six are to be done towards the end of this year. The program includes modernisation of electronics and weapon configuration. Besides fighter aircraft, several helicopter types are also being restored and modernised. Four of the GDFs UH-1s were sent to the United States for that purpose. It is planned to refurbish and update the entire aircraft pool.

Production of new military equipment has begun. Additionaly the newly established Georgian-Israeli branch of Delta, "Delta CAA Arms (DCA)" has begun the development and production of an indegineous 5.56 mm AR-15 variant, GI-4 among other things. Apparently some carbine conversion kits. Manufacturing equipment is provided by the United States, while only local resources are used for material production, according to the MoD.

The GI-4 is factualy the first firearm that goes into serial production in Georgia.
