Kazakh military's T-72A/B tank modernisation project AKA T-72KZ which was developed by kae, a joint Turkish-Kazakh defense company combining the Elbit made modular reactive armour and aselsan electronics.

Bayrs 8x8 apc fitted with aselsan Nefer remote controlled gun platform using 2A42 30mm auto cannon. The vehicle which is planned to replace the obsolote BTR series 8x8 APCs in Kazakh service.

Barys 8x4 armoured personnel carrier
This vehicle is a South African Mbome 8 with some modifications for cold weather conditions and is basically an MRAP masquerading as an IFV rather then the dedicated heavily armoured western 8x8 IFV/APC's we are more familiar with such as the LAV, Boxer, VCBI, etc

Request: Would love to see some more Kazakh VDV, especially any pictures that show current plate carrier usage.
