I think this hasn't been posted yet, so Ill give it a go. This is a documentary series of the Swedish TV portraying a group of recruits that train to become Swedish rangers aka Jägare. The first four episodes are in Swedish only but then there are subtitles available from ep. 5 on. I found this very informative and entertaining, so here is vdeo No. 1:

HMS Carlskrona is currently at sea for maritime surveillance. Year round and around the clock, the navy monitors the Swedish maritime territory. At the same time, maintenance shooting with AK-5 and pistol is carried out on the shooting range.
