During the war, Bosnian Government Forces were under an arms embargo whilst seperatist forces were well supplied and supported. Nonetheless, weapons were created and improvised to help defend the state.
Police Academy - police officers go through military-like training, and are calculated into the potential defense of the state. This applies to regular police officers (traffic) and all other units.
