Born 22 September 1907 to John and Mary Ann Levett. 1911 residing with his parents and siblings at 16 Hadley Street, Ilkeston. Husband of Sarah Audrey Levett, nee Wathey of Ilkeston. 1939 residing with his wife at 64 Cavendish Road, Ilkeston, occupation, dairy roundsman (milk man). Died 24 December 1941 aged 34 years.
