One of my favorite US Army and USMC gear packages (Iraq war 2003 onwards). I do wonder, do soldiers and/or marines have the option to purchase their own equipment because I see variances in the gear load out. Or is it "first come first serve" type of thing.
It is possible some units were mixed Reg Army and Reserve, a lot of gear would have come with the reserve units and not surprised if it was older than the reg Army. Marines I can't say but they are pretty tight on regulations. I once heard a Marine say that they wouldn't have a vehicle unless it leaked oil. He was referring to the Hummer ;0)

Its that the New Boeing 767 military version converted in a Tanker?
Appears to be. I believe the 767 was the first airliner to be certified for transatlantic flight as a two engine aircraft, the engines are super in every way.

1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division soldiers participate in a combined arms live fire exercise (CALFEX).
Training like this ensures soldiers qualify and maneuver as a team in a close fight while preparing them for operations in large scale combat.
