F-35 crash landed on a carrier and fell off the deck. There is a report the pilot was having a heart attack from myocarditis as he was landing. I posted the story in one of the other threads with this pic.
EDIT: The question you should have is how does a young, healthy, strapping pilot get myocarditis?

Marines with 2d Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion participate in Littoral Exercise I (LEX I) in Parris Island, South Carolina. During LEX I, Marines and Sailors are experimenting with new concepts and forces to prepare for future scenarios in littoral environments along the East Coast. They will be testing new tactics and training with multi-domain reconnaissance and counter-reconnaissance teams in accordance with Force Design 2030.
