F-35 crash landed on a carrier and fell off the deck. There is a report the pilot was having a heart attack from myocarditis as he was landing. I posted the story in one of the other threads with this pic.

EDIT: The question you should have is how does a young, healthy, strapping pilot get myocarditis?
