U.S. Army Reserve soldiers from the 472nd Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Battalion, 209th Regional Support Group, 76th Operational Readiness Command, conduct Operation Rolling Thunder at Fort McCoy, Wis., April 12-13, 2021. The purpose of the training is to achieve the new individual weapons qualifications for the M9, M4 Carbine and M249 Squad Automatic Weapon, while simultaneously qualifying their crew-served weapon systems M249, M240B, and .50 caliber guns.

NOTE: The soldier is peers through an AN/PAS-13 Thermal Weapons Sight, affixed to an M204B (w/M-240L collapsible buttstock) and is mounted on the M-192 Lightweight Ground Tripod. **M-2 .50 caliber HMG next to this soldier is mounted on the M-205 Lightweight Tripod.
