Norinco QBZ 95/97 and BA 93 in above pics but I have no idea about other stuff. Mostly similar to other naval SOFs as they are formed in 2010.

It is interesting to see the amount of varied equipment they use, as well as the panoply of uniforms (almost to the taste of the user), I have seen images of staff with sandals, boots, shoes, barefoot ... I would think it is because of the geographical conditions where do they operate?

That is more because of the lack of equipment.
Insufficient budget, arms embargo, insurgency all over the country are among the main reasons.

Makassar class LPD of Myanmar navy. However I doubt it would be of any use in wartime as the Myanmar navy lacks a proper fleet for its protection.

Myanmar navy received two old surplus type-053h1 frigates from China in 2013.
Built in the 1980s,the design were already too obselete by the time they were built.
They also have issues with their stabilizers and air conditioning put a drain on their generators. Their 100 mm guns were still of the hand-loaded model without fire-control radar while the anti-ship missiles were still Chinese 1st gen. P-15 Termit copies. The fact that Myanmar navy chose this frigates as part of its modernisation shows about their planning and sophistication.
