This was one, there are others, including in the west.

At a display its forbidden to fly down the crowd line.

You can go across the line, in normal flight - i.e. not upside down, aerobatics must be in front of the crowd

I know this wasnt a display, but the pilot should have gone 50 metres out, over the sea, if those birds went into his intake, you would have dead families, on that beach.
