Oncilla patrol vehicles are not in the Polish army.
They are produced in the MISTA company from Stalowa Wola in Poland and are exported (including to Ukraine, Senegal and other countries)

Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze No. 1 in Łódź renovated Mi-24Ws belonging to the Senegalese Air Force. But that was several years ago.
