4th and 8th picture - Andrzej Piotr Andrzejewski - accidentaly his Su-22 was shoot down during live firing exercise on 19 August 2003 at firing range near Wicko Morskie. He survived after almost 90 minutes in Baltic Sea rescued by Mi-14 Polish Navy (6th picture). On the 5th picture the SRCP-WR missile - target is seen. Malfunction of that missile (pilot was unable to fire the missile-target) was the reason for the mistake of the SA-6 crews (7th picture). Shortly after that LTC Andrzejewski was promoted to colonel. On 23 January 2008 died in Polish Air Force C-295 crash near Miroslawiec.
