So that's 6 out of, allegedly, 12 OSA-II in Latakia.

Unclear if anything else got hit there, there used to be about 10 OSA-II ships in that harbor.

It "could" be there are two more there, but it's pixel guessing.

What if the RuZZians overthrew monsieur Putain and charged him for blowing up a few hundred RuZZians when their dictator wanted to start another war with Chechnya, or other crimes?
No matter if Putain is welcoming or not, it does not kill his allies. He just despises weak men and failed leaders. Killing them is something different and it would be against any logic.

Didn't ask, don't care.
In addition to being irrelevant whataboutism.

If sending Assad to his death can create a better Syria and profit Russia, there is nothing that goes against logic.
Hence the use of words such as "hypothesis", "could", "likely", "possible".

My sincere apologies. You did not say that. I am sick and I read your post when I woke up.

Didn't ask, don't care.

In fact, you said something even more unthinkable, as a prison cell in the West looks like a 3-star hotel. while al-Asshat could be killed in Syria the way al-Tikriti was in Iraq.

Basically you ranted a lot to say nothing, based on mediocre understanding of what you read.

And let's not say anything about "missing the point" by a very long shot.

*slow clap*

Regarding the ICC and why considering sending Assad in front of them would be a waste:

The time it would take the ICC to come to any kind of conclusion would only prolong the life of Assad more than he deserves.

The facts against him are sufficient as they are, send him back to Syria in exchange of whatever deal or something, let the Syrian deal with him, speedy trial (sentencing hearing) and have him hanged.
It can be over in a week.

The ICC will take years to reach a verdict resulting in "life in prison". That is, if his lawyer doesn't manage to convince the judges Assad is unfit for trial.
Countless cases ended up that way. Pinochet got deemed unfit, Milosevic died in prison and only received his sentence posthumously, it took 8 years to condemn Karadzic, Praljak drank poison upon having his appeal rejected (if anything he did the world a favor).
And that's without mentioning all of the African warlords that got relaxed, or all the cases that got rejected because the ICC "does not have the jurisdiction".

So yeah, screw the ICC and send him to Syria.

Not entirely sure why you are opposed to that alternative but... I respect your position, no matter how repulsive it is.

IDF knows HTS will be headache for next decades. Forget Hamas or Iranian Stovepipe rockets. Full Sünni supported Islamist Syria will be there. Will get Money and militias around the world from Saudis to East Timor. That's what happens if you try to creat PKK state next to turkey, turkey creates Taliban next to your doorbells. If anything moves further to Damascus, a merkava a jet soon IDF will get to ring Yehovas doorbell.

It sounds like you're hoping that Turkey continues to flame a civil war in Syria. Has Erdo canceled his invasion of Israel? Asking for a friend.

Turkey gonna demolish SDF from border that's main goal any one is against it enemy.

A proper Danish 1st impression Article of the Infamous Syrian Prison.
It is claimed that a German named Alois Brunner helped design Syria's Prison System after being on the Run after WW2.

Well....sounds like a war. Sounds like Turkey vs the Kurds, which we always knew it was. There will come a point where the Druze, Alawites, Christians....hell, even the Shiites will need to pick a side. And I bet it's not going to be the Turkey/ISIS side. But, I'm sure Erdo knows what he's doing.

Ehm, These are your own opinions, I respect that, but there is a lot you don't know perhaps. Alawism is a kind of Islamic view born in Turkic places. Latakia which is Alawite stronghold has half of Syrian Turkmen population which is Alawite. Those are never targeted by SNA since they don't care about sect's.
Nusayris and Alawite are not same. As for Christians & Durzis they will be neutral under current government so divide and conquer will not work. You keep talking about Kurds. Turk's and SNA has Kurdish group's as well you better call them YPG Kurds because Turkey will not work with ex PKK militia on her border. No need to repeat like a parrot

Fun fact

Janissaries were also Alawites

I like Khrushchev's tactics. Why do you think just the RuZZians have the monopoly for using it?
If sending Assad to his death can create a better Syria and profit Russia, there is nothing that goes against logic.
Creating a better Syria and profiting RuZZia are two contradictory goals.
Read about disjoint sets.
Hence the use of words such as "hypothesis", "could", "likely", "possible".
Likely is something that has got a good chance of happening that exceeds 50% by a good margin.
having a good chance of happening or being something; probable or expected.
I'm not good enough to challenge Oxford scholars regarding their English.
Basically you ranted a lot to say nothing, based on mediocre understanding of what you read.
You said "Jolani got killed", not "Jolani possibly got killed".
Jolani got killed, strikes carried by the Russian airforce in and around Aleppo, Idlib and Hama.
Additional rumors are it got shot down by Russian forces in that region. Could be an accident, but it could also be the Kremlin decided to give Assad the Prigozhin treatment.
Any person who thought about such a possibility basically knows sh1t about RuZZia.
Considering how the fall of the regime occurred, it seems, to me at least, that everybody was aware of what was going on and the outcomes except for Assad.
Again, not "was probably aware", but "was aware". Apparently, monsieur Putain was not, as his troops are still stranded.
These prisons are turning more and more into modern Auschwitz.

Since his arrival in Russia, Assad hasn't been seen in public.
Putin refuses to meet with him.
"Will hand him over" indicates a very strong probability, very close to 100%:
I think, and hope, when enough/all of the stuff Assad did gets exposed Putin will hand him over to Syria.
The ICC and such are utterly useless.
Meaning that you consider the RuZZians stupid and prone to taking self-damaging steps.
Clearly, you did not say "may hand him over" or did not use any adverb like "possibly".
The facts against him are sufficient as they are, send him back to Syria in exchange of whatever deal or something, let the Syrian deal with him, speedy trial (sentencing hearing) and have him hanged.
It can be over in a week.
Which, again, proves that you don't know the RuZZian political model.
Some Sahel dictators would abandon RuZZia and think about MFGA (Make France Great Again). They would take a bare-chested selfie with Macron, the way a colonial black man did, and would chant "Puta Putain!".
Maduro's sphincter would get loose and Kimmy would reconsider travelling to RuZZia.
I respect your position, no matter how repulsive it is.
We are cool. So, does it mean you have de-sh1tlisted me and we are friends? ;)

HTS/New Syrian gov, would need to be very retarded to cause Israel any trouble - assuming they want to build anything at all, because if I was Israel, any time a missile or a terrorist came over the border, I'd hit the nearest border guard base, and I'd hit the last thing the new Syrian President opened, gov office, car park, whatever.

Syrians have had a clear lesson, right in front of them, of how not to piss off the israelis.

None of this means the syrians are listening, but I hope they are.
