It was not that long ago the Chinese put out a story claiming they seized 11 Oil tankers ..there part of smuggling operation so they like to claim

Reading between the lines .. they weren't getting there kickbacks on time so they pounced on the Ships and took it all for themselves ..and arrest the owners to portray them as smugglers ...
