PZL P.11c aircraft belonging to the 111th Fighter Squadron. This is the machine flown by Wojciech Januszewicz - the last commander of the 111th Fighter Squadron. He held this command from September 2, 1939.
During the September fighting, he shot down a total of three German planes, 1 x Bf 110, 2 x Ju 87, thus becoming the most effective pilot of the unit.

Ernest Renan was built fror the French Navy by Chantiers de Penhoët, Saint-Nazaire being laid down on 21st October 1903, launched 9th April 1906 and was completed in 1909.
At the outbreak of World War I in August 1914, she participated in the hunt for the German battlecruiser SMS Goeben and then joined the blockade of the Austro-Hungarian Navy in the Adriatic. She took part in the Battle of Antivari later in August, and the seizure of Corfu in January 1916, but saw no further action during the war.
During the Russian civil war she was one of the Allied ships deployed in the Black Sea.
She served as a training ship in the late 1920s before she was sunk as a target ship in 1931.
