The guy in the blue suit in the low right part of the picture was my boss at the Israeli Embassy in Bogota, Colombia. He share a lot of pictures and videos of their mission in Brazil this week in his FB profile . 150 Israeli military and rescue experts went to Brazil to help the Brazilian Authorities during the avalanche of this week.
